Call on me for optimal health and healing of your mind, body and spirit. I facilitate your growth — physically, emotionally and spiritually. Just as a seed grows from the soil, I am the foundation that provides the love and nurturing you need to blossom into the person you came here to be.
Spiritual growth is a process of inner awakening and becoming conscious of your inner being. It means raising your consciousness and going beyond the mind to realize who you truly are. It is a process of evolving into the best version of yourself, and becoming aware of the person you came here to be. It requires that you take care of not only your physical body and emotions, but also your spirit. This is the purpose of spiritual growth.
There are three major arenas, so to speak, in your life that can be used to facilitate the greatest growth for your best and highest good. These three arenas, when looked at as your spiritual classrooms, can help you achieve your highest potential and help you evolve into your true self. These three arenas are your relationships, your health and your finances. If you notice that you continually have issues, or experience the same situation over and over again in any of these arenas, that is where you will find the potential for your greatest growth.
Relationships
Every relationship you have has the potential to teach you the most about yourself and your deeply held beliefs. In fact, the best arena for self-study is through your relationships. Relationships are the garden in which you do your growing. They show you the parts of yourself that might otherwise remain hidden. Sometimes the soil is rich and other times it lacks nourishment. All relationships have their strengths and challenges. Try to view the people in your life as “spiritual teachers” bringing to you messages about your strengths and challenges, and providing valuable lessons in raising your consciousness. It is important to form and maintain relationships that support your development, to transform unhealthy relationships, if possible, and to release those that are toxic and limit your growth. Make a conscious effort to surround yourself with positive, supportive and uplifting people who believe in you, encourage you and cheer you on. An unhealthy relationship brings the opportunity for self-reflection. If you want to heal a relationship that is difficult, you’ll have to review how you have contributed to the problem and what you need to do to heal it. The key to transforming an unhealthy relationship is reconnecting with yourself. If you find yourself in a relationship where you are more miserable than you are happy, you may need to re-evaluate the relationship and decide that it is best to move on. Staying in an unhealthy relationship can keep you from finding your way and moving to the next level in your growth. Learning to walk away from people and situations that threaten your peace of mind fosters your evolution into your best self. Honor the lessons that relationships can teach you and have the courage to respond clearly to their lessons.
Health
Good health is an important part of spiritual growth. Taking care of your health allows you to fulfill your soul’s purpose. The way you treat your body affects your spiritual health and your ability to receive guidance from God and the Angels. In order to preserve your health, it is important to eat nutritious food, exercise regularly and get adequate sleep. Any type of illness can be a spiritual journey that helps you to know yourself better and to grow. It has the ability to put you in touch with your higher self and a different level of consciousness. It brings you back to your true self and offers spiritual transformation. It pushes and nudges you to transcend the physical realm that most live in, toward a higher spiritual realm. Illness is often a way you can bring hidden aspects of self to the surface and opens you to new options. This is, perhaps, one of its most important functions. So, rather than seeing illness as a failure in responsibility for your health, it’s more helpful to view it as a sign that you’re ready to grow. From the perspective of the spiritual realm, illness is a step toward wholeness. No one consciously chooses pain or illness, yet the experience of dealing with these challenges can lead you on a journey that ultimately delivers great rewards. Many people with life-threatening diseases describe their illness as a great blessing in their life because it forced them to completely re-evaluate their priorities and pursue new paths that brought them profound fulfillment. The illness gave them permission to make choices they wouldn’t have considered otherwise.
Money
Money is neither good nor evil, but merely a form of energy. It is also a great arena to teach you about understanding yourself in relation to the world; the role money plays in your well-being and especially your sense of worthiness. Society can condition you to believe that you are not worthy, and that it is even selfish to want to be able to attract things into your life. Some have also been taught that they don’t deserve whatever they would like to have in their life because they believe they have been bad, and feel insufficient or not good enough. Do you know what happens when you decide you really would like to create wealth in your life, but at the same time you believe you’re really not worth it, really not good enough, or you’ve been “bad?” The Universe will just go around your unworthiness and flow someplace else. It just doesn’t work with those who think they don’t deserve it. Your relationship with money teaches you how to overcome your societal conditioning related to worthiness. Most social conditioning has told you that you can’t have what you truly want. You believe you can’t attract what you want because you think you are separate from source. But if you see yourself as connected to the Universe, then you can attract anything you want into your life. There is no amount of money or things you can have that can make you worthy, nor is there any amount you can give to make you worthy. There is no correlation. You must learn to fully separate money and your sense of worth. There is nothing you need to have, do, or say to be worthy. Your net worth will never come close to what your actual worth is. The lesson is that the more you recognize your intrinsic worth the faster your self worth will expand and with it the greater your life experiences will be.
Most people are unaware of the importance of spiritual growth because they are caught in the whirlwind of life, mindlessly and without question, living an illusion. Your experiences with your relationships, your health or with money are meant to shatter the illusion. They are designed to help you learn things you would have never learned otherwise. You can take these spiritual lessons and the knowledge you acquire, and share it with those around you to try and make the world a better place and help others heal.
